Pro lets you export your analytics data as CSV files, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.

Exporting Listings

1. On the analytics dashboard, click the Export Listings CSV button
2. A CSV file will download automatically
3. The file includes: Rank, Listing Title, Post ID, URL, Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time, and Export Date
4. Up to 100 listings are included, ranked by total views

Exporting Categories

1. Click the Export Categories CSV button
2. A CSV file will download automatically
3. The file includes: Rank, Category Name, Term ID, Taxonomy, URL, Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time, and Export Date
4. Up to 100 categories are included, ranked by total views

File Names
Export files are named automatically with the date:

Tips
CSV files include a UTF-8 BOM marker for proper character display in Excel Exports reflect the current state of the data at the time of export — they are not affected by dashboard filters
