Go to Directory Analytics > Settings to configure the plugin. All settings take effect immediately after saving.

Enable Tracking

Default: On

Turns listing and category view tracking on or off. When disabled, no new views will be recorded, but existing data is preserved.

Track Categories

Default: On

When enabled, the plugin attributes views to a listing’s categories each time that listing is viewed. Turn this off if you only want to track listing views.

Exclude Administrators

Default: Off

When enabled, views from logged-in users with the manage_options capability (typically administrators) are not counted. This is useful if you spend a lot of time browsing your own directory and do not want to inflate the numbers.

Data Retention (Days)

Default: 90 days | Range: 7–365 days

Controls how many days of detailed daily view data are kept. Older daily data is automatically removed by a daily cleanup process. Note that “All Time” total view counts are always preserved regardless of this setting — only the daily breakdown is trimmed.

Refresh Integrations

A checkbox that, when ticked and settings are saved, clears the cached list of detected directory plugins and re-scans for active integrations. Use this after installing, activating, or deactivating a directory plugin if it is not appearing on the dashboard.
