Troubleshooting
No Data Appearing on the Dashboard
Check tracking is enabled — go to Directory Analytics > Settings and confirm “Enable Tracking” is ticked
Check a directory plugin is active — the plugin requires Directorist, GeoDirectory, or Business Directory Plugin to be installed and active
Visit a listing — data only appears after at least one listing page has been viewed. Try visiting one of your listings on the front end, then refresh the dashboard
Check Exclude Administrators — if this setting is on and you are logged in as an admin, your own views will not be counted. Try visiting a listing in an incognito/private browser window
Directory Plugin Not Detected
Go to Directory Analytics > Settings
Tick the Refresh Integrations checkbox
Click Save Settings
Return to the dashboard — your directory plugin should now appear in the “Active Directory Plugins” section
Views Not Counting
Confirm tracking is enabled in Settings
If “Exclude Administrators” is on, test with a non-admin user or an incognito browser
If you are using a caching plugin, try clearing the cache and visiting a listing again
Check that the listing you are visiting uses a post type from one of the supported directory plugins
Category Data Shows Zero
Confirm “Track Categories” is enabled in Settings
Category views are attributed when listings are viewed, not when category archive pages are visited. You need listing views before category data will appear
