- Validation requires internet connectivity
- We reserve the right to deactivate licenses used in violation of these Terms

Subscription Licenses (if applicable)
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled

- No refunds for partial periods (except within initial 30-day guarantee)

Updates and Compatibility
Plugin Updates

- Premium users receive updates during their active license period
- Updates require an active internet connection for license validation
- We recommend testing updates on a staging site first
WordPress Compatibility
- Plugins are tested with current WordPress versions
- We support the latest major WordPress release and one version prior
- Compatibility with older WordPress versions is not guaranteed
Directory Plugin Compatibility
Our plugins are tested with the free versions of:
- Directorist
- Business Directory Plugin
- GeoDirectory
Compatibility with premium versions and add-ons is not formally tested but may work.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during purchase and registration
- Keep your license key confidential and secure
- Use plugins only on authorized websites
- Maintain regular backups of your website
- Keep WordPress and plugins updated
- Use plugins in compliance with applicable laws
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Not redistribute or resell our premium plugins
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use plugins for illegal activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to bypass license validation

- Overload our servers with excessive API requests
Intellectual Property

Trademarks

User Content
You retain ownership of content created using our plugins. We claim no rights to your directory listings, descriptions, images, or other content.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Limited Warranty
We warrant that premium plugins will substantially conform to their documentation. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective plugins or refund your purchase price.
Disclaimer
PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- Plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Plugins will meet your specific requirements
- All bugs will be corrected
- Plugins will be compatible with all themes, plugins, or configurations
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Website downtime or data loss
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our plugins
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of any third-party rights
- Your website content or activities
Term and Termination
License Term
- Free plugins: Perpetual under GPL license
- Premium annual licenses: One year from purchase, renewable
- Premium lifetime licenses: Perpetual usage, updates for life of product
Termination
We may terminate your license if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the plugin on unauthorized websites
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay renewal fees (for subscriptions)
Upon termination:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- Premium features will cease to function
- No refund will be provided (except as required by law)
- You must cease using premium features
You may terminate by:
- Cancelling your subscription (takes effect at period end)
- Requesting refund within 30-day period
- Ceasing to use the plugin
Privacy and Data Protection

Changes to Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific license agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Support From Richard regarding our plugins and services.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet/infrastructure failures.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your license or these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
